Working within the service department, this position serves as a concierge-style liaison between service customers and the sales team. The goal is to proactively engage customers, educate them on current upgrade opportunities, and seamlessly connect interested individuals to the appropriate sales representative—contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and dealership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in the service drive with a warm, professional approach. Identify potential upgrade opportunities based on customer history, vehicle condition, and current dealership promotions. Present upgrade options and value propositions (e.g., lower payments, newer technology, warranty benefits). Coordinate introductions between interested customers and the sales team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, incentives, and trade-in programs. Log and track customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups using the dealership's CRM system. Support sales and service teams with cross-department communication and collaboration. Meet or exceed monthly performance goals related to referrals, appointments set, and vehicle upgrades.
