National Indoor RV Centers is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join our Customer Service & Support team in the automotive/RV industry. In this role, you'll greet customers, coordinate service appointments, communicate repair status, and ensure an exceptional service experience. You'll collaborate with technicians, prepare estimates, and maintain accurate service records. Responsibilities Greet customers in person and by phone, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact. Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments for RV customers. Document customer concerns and requests accurately on repair orders. Support Service Advisors in checking in vehicles and performing walk-arounds as needed. Coordinate with technicians to track repair progress and relay status updates to customers. Help review estimates, recommended services, and final invoices with customers in a clear, honest manner. Verify warranty coverage, service history, and necessary authorizations prior to work. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in service management software. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and follow-up calls. Assist with payment processing, paperwork, and closing out repair orders. Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service reception area. Identify opportunities to improve service processes and overall customer satisfaction. Required Skills Customer service and hospitality Automotive/RV service knowledge (basic understanding of systems and maintenance) Service writing and repair order documentation Appointment scheduling and calendar management Use of dealership or service management software Verbal and written communication Active listening and problem resolution Basic sales and upselling of recommended services Time management and multi-tasking Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Basic math for estimates and invoices Computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, data entry)
