Cashier/Customer Service Representative KFC

Job Summary:

As a Cashier at KFC, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to our customers. You will handle transactions, assist with orders, and contribute to a positive dining experience while upholding KFC's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions. Take and enter customer orders efficiently into the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and politely. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and safety guidelines. Assist with stocking, restocking, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail, fast food, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
