What You'll Do as an

AT&T Bilingual Customer Representative:

Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish Help customers with account questions, updates, and general support Explain available AT&T products and services based on each customer's needs Maintain accurate customer account information Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Follow up with customers regarding account updates and appointments Build positive relationships through professional communication Participate in ongoing training and career development What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, customer-focused attitude Organized and dependable Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required If you're passionate about helping people and enjoy creating positive customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
