The Role We're looking for reliable, service-driven Baristas/Crew who take pride in their work and enjoy serving others. Whether you're experienced behind the bar or eager to learn, this role is about craftsmanship, consistency, and creating a great guest experience—every cup, every interaction. What You'll Do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specials Cook and prepare breakfast items. (burritos, tacos, sandwiches) Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency across every drink, and food item. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service Take orders accurately and confidently, offering recommendations when appropriate Operate and care for espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, and kitchen equipment.
