Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone and text to provide prompt, courteous assistance and setting up customer appointments. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement Document customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management program) product or service information and processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. Must be willing and able to follow phone scripts. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales skills, and meet team goals Advertise on social media to increase lead footprint Skills Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services effectively during interactions Exceptional customer support skills combined with excellent communication and active listening abilities Proficiency in general computer skills for efficient data management Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable Attention to detail in data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills for maintaining precise records Knowledge of call center best practices including call etiquette, handling difficult situations, and cash handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for helping others makes a real difference!
