Licensed Insurance Professional

Overview State Farm Agent located in Nashville, TN (Bellevue area) is seeking outgoing, customer-focused professional to join our team. As a team member for Holly Williams State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to service our existing clients and promote State Farm products including home, auto, and life insurance. Duties Establish customer relationships with both new and existing clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Manage account updates as well as sales and service administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities. Address client inquiries promptly, explaining policy features clearly, and assisting with claims or policy updates and taking payments Identify needs and new opportunities for sales during service Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Qualifications Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred (or ability to obtain insurance license) Must be available weekdays M-F 8:30-5:00 and have reliable transportation to commute to office Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Strong relationship building skills Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Benefits Base Salary (plus commissions/bonus for sales)
