In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream and other treats. You will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have a delightful experience every time they visit. Duties Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service throughout their visit. Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion sizes are consistent and appealing. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Assist in food preparation, including preparing toppings and maintaining cleanliness in the serving area. Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment. Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Open weekend availability required Must be 18+ years old; must be willing and legally able to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with all

laws. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling and operating a cash register; experience with Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrate personal responsibility by maintaining cleanliness, organization and branding for the store at all times Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively. Willingness to learn about our products and promote them enthusiastically. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Experience as a keyholder/shift lead that can oversee staff and opening/closing procedures; as well as take and report end of night inventory is a plus
