Ride Attendant position consists of greeting the customer, assisting the customer to the cart, fulfilling all safety instructions to the customer. Position is outdoors in all weather conditions as we are open year-round.- You must have a great attitude, have an outstanding work ethic and love to help people.
- Responsible to instruct and support our customers to ensure the safety of our riders.
- Ride Attendant position includes Customer Service & maintaining assigned Attraction duties.
- Assist Customers and Staff during business hours. Must be Customer-service and people orientated.
- Professional appearance and excellent attendance
- punctuality and multi-task.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and Co-Workers, work efficiently alone and with others.
- Background checks and Employment eligibility verification required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule. Days/Nights, Weekends and Holidays are required. Must have reliable transportation.
- Mechanical experience helpful
