Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing / Automotive) We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting automotive customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, proactive communication, and strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

Manage relationships with assigned customer accounts Handle inquiries related to orders, delivery status, returns, backorders, and issue resolution Process order entry, including interpreting EDI releases and customer requirements Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, accounting) to ensure on-time delivery Monitor inventory levels and customer demand to support order fulfillment Manage expedites, substitutions, and exception requests Escalate potential production or supply issues with recommended solutions Support shipping processes (ASNs, pick lists, documentation) as needed Track and document customer complaints and returns (RGA process) Monitor customer portals and automotive systems for updates and requirements

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations High sense of urgency and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience with ERP systems (Infor/Future3 a plus) Basic understanding of ASN processes preferred

Additional Details:
