Job Description

Criminal and Civil Defense Law Firm is looking for a Bi-Lingual Client Services Coordinator to perform a variety of legal administrative and clerical tasks. You will play a crucial role as the face for our firm as you interact with attorney firms, courts, and clients. Our clients are going through the most challenging time of their lives, and they need to speak with someone who can listen and put them in front of an attorney for help. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, scheduling Zoom meetings, advertising letters, various legal work, and providing a positive and professional impression of the firm. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Associates degree or equivalent work experience Experience in front desk or client-facing roles is a plus Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Create daily letters to detainees Meet with Clerk's office to gather client information Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Prepare attorneys daily sheet for court Maintain contact lists Provide general support to visitors Various legal work Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed Skills Attention to detail Proficiency in
MS Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
