$15.00 Per Hour /Dyess Customer Experience Associate United States - Texas - Dyess AFB Regular Part Time Job Description As a Customer Experience Associate in Furniture/Large Appliances, you will help customers discover new, innovative products and make shopping for furniture and large appliance fun and informative. As a Furniture/Large Appliances team member, your expertise will educate and excite customers. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on the furniture/large appliance trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange. Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the Furniture/Large Appliances area to let them know you'll be right with them Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation We know that you can work anywhere. THE APPLICANT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MON-FRIDAY IS DIFFERENT ANY TIME FROM 0500-2230 AND SATURDAY AN SUNDAY 0900-2300 AND HOLIDAYS BASED ON THE OPERATIONAL HOURS AND NEEDS OF THE FACILITY.
