8:30am to 5:00pm M - TH 8:30am - 6:00pm Friday Two Saturdays a month

Job Duties:

Explains & Sells A Wide Variety Of Bank Services, Including Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, Pulse Cards, CDS, Telephone Banking, etc. Provides Information To Customers As Requested, Such As Balances, Posted Items, Check Verifications, Etc. Processes Special Customer Requests Such As Stop Payments, Address Changes, Alerts, Etc. Explains Current Service Charges, Interest Rates, And Applicable Bank Policies, etc. Orders Pulse Cards, Checks And Other Items For Customers. Answers Daily Mail, Phone Inquiries, And Otherwise Seeks To Meet Needs Of Our Customers. Continually Market Amarillo National Bank. Assists With Loan Processing.

Requirements:

Previous Bank Experience Preferred. Excellent Oral Communication Skills. Ability To Work With The Public In A Professional Manner. Typing 40 to 50 WPM, Ten Key By Touch. Familiar With Data Entry Using A CRT. Experience In Word & Excel. High School Education Or Equivalent. Must Be Able To Work Flexible Hours And Saturdays.
