As a service coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warrantable repairs throughout the life of the 1-year manufacturer's warranty on a manufactured home. This is a high paced position with little down time during the workday. This position will include but is not limited to:

• Communicating with customers for repair requests and scheduling
• Ordering parts from the manufacture for repair needs
• Separating parts for each customer
• Scheduling contractors with the customer for repairs
• Ensuring that all repairs are completed
• Calculating pay and invoicing for the repair contractors Includes a $2,500.

00 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment This position is also eligible for performance bonuses
