• Anna, TX Tri-County Veterinary Services, a well-established, two-doctor family-owned practice, is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team.

About the Role As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and patients. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and teamwork with our veterinary staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Provide basic information about services and pet health Accurately update patient records in our system Manage communication through email, text, and client portals Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience (veterinary experience preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with computers and electronic communication systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Veterinary knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to train a quick learner with a passion for animals!

Schedule Full time:

5 days per week Additional hours available when filling in for other staff members One Saturday/month required: 8:00 AM

• 2:00 PM No after-hours or on-call shifts
