LONESTAR LIFTED TRUCKS

We're a veteran-owned lift, leveling, wheel and tire shop in Argyle serving North Texas. Ford, Ram, GM, Toyota, Jeep — leveling kit to long-travel — plus service on all four-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive trucks, SUVs and Jeeps, and fleet tire service for local businesses. We treat every customer's truck like it's the reward they worked hard for, because it is. We're looking for a Service Writer / Sales Advisor to run the front counter, own the customer from first call to paid-in-full, and grow with us.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer calls, texts, web leads and walk-ins, and turn them into scheduled work
- Build clear, accurate quotes for lifts, leveling kits, wheels, tires and service work
- Close the sale, take the deposit, and follow the job through — parts, scheduling, updates — until the ticket is paid in full
- Follow up on open quotes and past customers; nobody falls through the cracks
- Schedule fleet tire service work and support our fleet accounts
- Keep our shop software up to date — every customer, vehicle and ticket documented
- Work hand-in-hand with our technicians so what we sell gets built right the first time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on service tech experience
STRONGLY PREFERRED
— writers who've turned wrenches quote it right, explain it right, and our customers trust them- Automotive service writing, parts counter or sales experience (lift/off-road experience a big plus)
- You know trucks, or you're hungry to learn them fast
- Honest, organized, and good on the phone — you'd rather quote it right than quote it high
- Comfortable with computers, tablets and quoting software
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude PAY
- Base pay starting at $3,000/month, paid every two weeks, based on experience
- PLUS monthly commission on all labor sold and completed — no cap. The more you close and follow through, the more you make, and your rate grows as you do
