Fort Worth and Arlington Locations Shifts:

6a-2p/ 2p-10p/ 10p-6am. Must be dependable, have your own vehicle as you may be asked to help the other store when needed. Must be able to work without your cell phone and give all your attention to customers and tasks when on the clock. Summary As a Shop Associate at Smokin Dragon Gifts, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for quality and service within the community. Customer Service Associate-Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately process transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to engage customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability. Provide support in training new associates on store policies and procedures. Customer Service Associate-Qualifications Customer Service Associate prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus. A passion for smoke shop products and knowledge of industry trends is beneficial.
