Job Description

Description We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to support law firm clients from our Austin, Texas office in a part-time capacity of 20 hours per week. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a legal services environment, communicates with confidence, and can manage detailed client questions with professionalism and care. The person in this role will serve as a trusted point of contact, helping clients understand complex healthcare lien resolution processes while working closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for assigned law firm accounts, representing client concerns and elevating important issues to leadership when needed.
  • Build a strong understanding of healthcare lien resolution procedures and explain updates, timelines, and next steps to clients in a clear and approachable way.
  • Manage frequent status requests from law firm partners and provide accurate, thoughtful responses in a timely manner.
  • Organize and support client status meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing discussion topics, and ensuring follow-up items are completed.
  • Partner with sales and other internal teams to deliver attentive, high-quality service across the client portfolio.
  • Identify potential challenges early, communicate proactively with clients, and escalate time-sensitive matters to senior team members.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing practical recommendations that improve workflows, service quality, and client communication practices.
  • Support senior client relationship staff with webinar coordination and other meeting preparation activities as needed.
  • Review information across multiple sources to confirm accuracy, clarify open questions, and ensure clients receive reliable updates. Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment while managing competing priorities with urgency.
  • Experience supporting detail-oriented clients such as attorneys or legal teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain detailed processes to audiences with different levels of familiarity.
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams across different locations.
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and a solution-focused approach when addressing client concerns or service issues.
  • High level of personal accountability, professionalism, and commitment to dependable client support.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, along with exposure to lien resolution, insurance claims, personal injury, mass tort matters, or a related field.
