Client Service Representative (Part-Time) Riley's Ranch Pet Resort - Bee Cave, TX Be the friendly face of a luxury, veterinarian-owned pet resort. At Riley's Ranch, we're all about creating an amazing experience—for both pets and their people. As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first and last impression for our pet parents. Schedule Part-time Typical shift:

12:00 PM - 7:00 PM Weekend and evening availability required Consistent scheduling What You'll Do Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs Answer phones, texts, and emails Book reservations for daycare, boarding, and services Review vaccine records and client info Help pet parents feel confident and informed Upsell services and enhance each pet's stay Support the team to keep everything running smoothly This is a highly client-facing role (90%) —you'll be the go-to person for communication and experience. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional Strong communication skills (in person & on the phone) Organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and able to multitask Loves both pets and people Bonus if you have: Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience Experience in pet care or veterinary settings Pay & Perks $15-$18/hour (based on experience) Bring your dog to work (complimentary daycare) Why Riley's?
