Sales Associate/Customer Service

HOTWORX in Bastrop is looking for a part-time person to provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on the retention of current members. We are a 24/7 Infrared fitness studio. We are staffed Monday-Thursday 11-8, Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-2. We also do studio events and try to attend local pop-up events. We are in NEED of 2 days and 1-2 afternoon/evenings and rotating Saturday hours to fall within the above business hours. This is a part-time job but could lead to full-time for the right person. Pay starts at $13/hr with commission and bonus potential. An evaluation 30 days (after training) for a pay increase. You will also receive a paid membership while employed and 35% off retail.
