Contract to Hire The HT Group is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for a client in Beaumont, TX, to provide excellent customer service and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with the public and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Position Overview Employment Type:

November 30, 2026 Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Assist customers with orders, account setup, and billing inquiries.
- Process invoices, gift cards, and customer requests accurately.
- Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed. Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
