As our team continues to grow, we are looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals to support our finance team by assisting customers and managing collections tasks with professionalism and care. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with experience in customer service, sales, finance, or accounting. It is ideal for someone who is dependable and consistent, adaptable and open to change, and ready to grow within a structured team. No prior collections experience required—we provide full training! Essential Job Responsibilities Manage assigned daily tasks with minimal supervision Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries Assist borrowers and dealers by phone, email, and fax Accurately document customer interactions in our loan servicing software Learn and apply company policies and procedures Work toward monthly department goals Ideal Candidate Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Degree or experience in business, finance, or accounting is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities Local to the Bedford, Hurst, Euless, Irving, or North Richland Hills area preferred Must pass a background check (may include criminal, credit, educational, and/or work history) Candidate must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
