Highview Veterinary Hospital is a new family-owned small animal veterinary practice in Boerne looking for a warm, organized Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly face and voice of our practice. As one of our first hires, you'll be every client's first impression — in person and on the phone — and play a key role in building the client experience from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Warmly greet clients and patients, and manage a busy front desk and multi-line phone system. Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, and keep the day running smoothly. Open SOAP notes, relay information between clients and the veterinary team, and maintain accurate medical records. Collect payments, process transactions, and provide clients with clear, itemized receipts. Educate clients on retail and pharmacy products, and support prescription refill requests. Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. Handle stressful or emotional situations — emergencies, grief, frustrated clients — with calm and compassion. Rotating Saturday half-days required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a genuine compassion for animals and their owners. Comfort learning practice-management software and general office technology. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
