We are currently hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Abilene, Texas. This Customer Service Associate is a full-time, on-site position designed for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, building professional relationships, and developing valuable skills in customer service, sales, and business growth. As an Customer Service Associate, you will represent AT&T Fiber services by meeting with customers, explaining available solutions, answering questions, and assisting with new account enrollments. Customer Service Associate Include:
Meet directly with customers to discuss their service needs and recommend appropriate AT&T Fiber solutions Educate customers on available products, promotions, and account options Complete new customer enrollments and ensure all information is accurate Build positive relationships with new and existing customers through professional communication Work closely with team members to support local outreach initiatives and customer engagement efforts Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up opportunities Contribute to daily and weekly team performance goals Qualifications for the
