Salary Range:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, receptionist, or administrative role Responsibilities Customer Experience & Front Desk Responsibilities Welcome all walk-in customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude. Create a positive first impression for every client entering the agency. Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate team member. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Phone & Administrative Support Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member. Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties. Support the agency team with day-to-day office operations. Professional Development Learn agency systems, insurance terminology, and customer service best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Build the skills necessary for future advancement opportunities within the agency.
