Job Description

Welcome to J-Bar!! We are growing rapidly and looking to add a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales team member. If you're energetic, assertive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we're excited to talk to YOU! About the Role As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers taking orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience. You'll also have opportunities to upsell and promote additional services where appropriate. This is a high-energy role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who isn't afraid to take charge of customer interactions. Must be positive, have phone experience, and be comfortable with data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person Take and enter orders, including billing data Recommend and sell additional products and services Resolve complaints or escalate them when necessary Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Ensure timely and effective problem resolution Perform other related duties as assigned Who You Are Confident, assertive, and not easily pushed around by challenging customers Experienced in customer service (inside sales or phone sales experience a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office; TRUX experience preferred Organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment An excellent communicator with active listening skills Professional, personable, and solutions-oriented Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience required Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, pregnancy, genetic information, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected category under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
