Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Knowledge of basic mathematics.

Ability to conduct work activities in accordance with TPWD safety program.
Required to work hours other than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and days off other than Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Required to adjust to changing schedules.

Maybe required to operate a state vehicle.
Required to travel 5% with possible overnight stays.
Must conform to TPWD dress and grooming standards, work rules and safety procedures.
Non-smoking environment in State buildings and vehicles.

Under the direction of the Office Manager, this position performs entry-level to routine customer service work and is responsible for performing clerical duties, front desk operations, revenue collection and accounting for daily revenue for Possum Kingdom State Park. Responsible for preparation of reports, and processing of correspondence; and general cleaning of the Headquarters. Operates credit card machine, processes licenses sales and completes campsite registrations. Works under close to moderate supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduation from High School or GED.Experience:
No experience required.Licensure:
Must possess a valid State driver's license at the time of hire.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
