Customer service experience required! You must be willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced company. This position requires a stable, steady, organized, consistent, mature and experienced individual with exceptional customer service and a "can do attitude". You must have a professional and friendly demeanor, outstanding communication skills, excellent organization skills, moderate knowledge of computers and telephones. You must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. This position will require a daily schedule from 11:00am-5:00 pm (around 30 hours per week). This could turn into a full time position as needed for business demands. Job description Supporting the office manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Assisting customers with quotes, scheduling and questions as they arrive to our location, including phone calls and online leads. Audit and complete customer invoices Accept payments from customers and technicians Initiate and coordinate insurance claims, third party services, fleet vehicles Cleaning of office and bathroom daily Inventory of supplies Restocking beverage and snack center Communicating with technicians on customer jobs Learn to recognize a repairable windshield chip vs a replacement Educate customers on warranty and after care information related to services received Glass inventory/verify part delivery for jobs Label glass and accessory parts (for new jobs and/or returns) Skills that are necessary Excellent Customer Service Experience Clear verbal and written communication Detail oriented Tech savvy (we utilize an online glass program) Extreme organization Leadership and drive Pride in the work you do Reliable attendance and punctuality Maturity and honesty Ability to multitask Always maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and co-workers Skills that are a plus, but not necessary Bilingual Automotive knowledge Management Thank you for your interest!
