Job Description
Who We're Looking For Critter Gitters Pest Control is looking for a sharp, people-first communicator to be the voice of our company. You'll keep operations running smoothly, make every customer feel heard, and turn a first-time caller into a loyal customer. If you're organized, quick on your feet, and genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems — you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and text Schedule and route technician appointments using our CRM Sell services over the phone and send digital service agreements Resolve complaints and scheduling conflicts calmly and efficiently Work with customers to manage accounts receivable Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in the CRM Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed What You Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable selling and explaining services over the phone Highly organized with strong attention to detail Problem-solving mindset — you find a way, not an excuse Adaptable and calm under pressure CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Must pass background check and drug screening What We Offer $30,000 - $40,000+ per year based on experience and performance Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training and ongoing development Career advancement opportunities — we promote from within Employee discounts Why Critter Gitters?
