• 21 per hour (based on experience) We are a family-owned business proudly serving our customers for over 40 years, and we're looking to add a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position with steady hours and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming phone calls Taking customer orders Creating purchase orders (POs) Order entry and processing Purchasing and vendor coordination Experience in the office supply industry is a plus. If you have DDMS training, please be sure to note that in your application. We're looking for someone professional, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls and orders.
