This role is all about making a difference-helping clients, supporting your team, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for ensuring smooth workflows and client satisfaction. Create essential documents like certificates and reports, assist with branch processes, and support the production team. Directly contribute to client retention and satisfaction, while also enhancing Gallagher s reputation for excellence.

About You Required :

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred :

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.

The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
