In this vital role, you will coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient communication amongst drivers, clients, and owners. Your proactive approach will help enhance customer satisfaction and optimize flow of information between the field and at the office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of Drain Doctor, utilizing your analytical skills and technical expertise to keep operations running smoothly. Duties Manage dispatching activities by assigning technicians using HouseCall Pro software. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and owners via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette. Utilize GPS to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes for technicians in the field. Enter data accurately into HouseCall Pro & AppFolio. Track all payments from Customer Charge Accounts and follow up with for any invoices over 30 days. Update spreadsheet with all incoming check or cash payment from technicians. Make follow up curtesy call with customers a few days after job has been completed. Oversee and complete mail -outs and any other projects in the office. Qualifications Must be able to speak and write in Spanish and English Excellent spoken and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Experience with HouseCall Pro software a plus Strong knowledge of GPS, and the Dallas Fort Worth area for dispatching. Proficient at Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. We value proactive problem-solvers who thrive on collaboration and continuous improvement. Hours Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (one hour lunch)
