Customer Service Sales Associate

Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Cleaning, stocking and rearranging displays as needed. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Attend trainings when offered. Conduct retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions to support accurate transactions. Maintain compliance with all cash handling procedures and security protocols during daily operations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is not a must, will train. Familiarity with products is a plus. But will train. Basic Cleaning Basic Math Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about retail sales techniques.
