We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Calling Agent to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting customers, and following up with leads while maintaining accurate records in computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries efficiently Follow up with customers and leads to provide updates or gather information Accurately document call details and customer interactions in the system Maintain organized records and update customer information as required Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service preferred Prior call center experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency required, including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Email platforms (Outlook or Gmail) Data entry and CRM systems Basic internet navigation and online scheduling tools Ability to multitask and remain organized while handling calls Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule:
Expected schedule is 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with a rotating requirement to work every other weekend from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong communication skills.
