Available Help for . Fresca Palapa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process orders and payments, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant setting and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when needed.
Prepare beverages and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and cashier station.
Restock supplies, condiments, and beverages as needed.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic math skills and cash-handling experience.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
