Shifts:
Evening Shifts 4pm - 12am (incuding weekends) About the Role Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests throughout their parking experience. This position is essential to maintaining efficient traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and delivering outstanding service to all customers. Job Purpose To effectively coordinate and oversee parking operations in a designated area by directing traffic, monitoring parking activity, assisting guests, enforcing parking regulations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑managed environment. Key Responsibilities Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal instructions Monitor parking lots to ensure efficient space usage and prevent congestion Enforce parking rules, including time limits and prohibited parking areas Respond to customer questions about parking availability, directions, and regulations Assist customers with parking‑related issues (lost tickets, lockouts, etc.) Communicate regularly with parking team members to ensure smooth operations Operate parking equipment, including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems Prepare reports on parking occupancy, revenue, and incident activity Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure the safety and security of parking facilities Perform other related duties as assigned Employee Benefits Fast Park & Relax offers a strong, competitive benefits package, including: Medical (PPO or HDHP) Dental Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Basic Life / AD&D Supplemental Life / AD&D Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Ideal Candidate Customer‑service oriented Reliable and able to work overnight/weekend shifts Excellent communicator Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Able to multitask in a fast‑moving environment Join Our Team! Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field. Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals. Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently. Proficient in basic math and computer skills. Ability to read and interpret maps and directions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of parking procedures (preferred). Ability to operate two-way radios and other communication equipment. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken). Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
