Job Description
Role:
Customer Service Representative Pay:
$20.20/hourLocation:
- First few weeks are onsite at Denton, TX 76209
- After onboarding: ~2 days/week onsite until training is complete
Post-training:
~2-3 days/month onsite- Must have high-speed internet (screenshot required)
- Must be able to work onsite if home internet or equipment issues arise
Schedule:
Must be able to work within department operating hours; flexibility may be required based on business needs What you'll do:- Handle high-volume inbound calls for multiple City departments
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in person
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily deposits
- Support utility services including account setup/closure, billing inquiries, and payment arrangements
- Manage service requests such as solid waste services, water leak adjustments, and work orders
