Job Description

CSR For a small loan company based in Texas. The company was started in July of 1994 and has grown to 2 locations in Texas. In addition to offering unsecured, personal loans, the company also does Income Tax services.
Job Purpose:
To respond to customer's personal financial needs and maintain a professional and courteous relationship while also satisfying company requirements.
Duties:
Opens customer accounts by taking and processing loan applications and recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information and taking payments. Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Follows policy and procedures to insure company profitability. Initiates customer contact via telephone, text, email, or in person in order to maintain an open dialogue of communication. Field collections and skip tracing when needed. Growth work, which includes advertising and outside interactions. Any requested, legal activity that benefits the company.
