In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, support and sales. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Duties Provide outstanding customer service and sales by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Process transactions including cash handling with precision. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions in our computerized system for future reference. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computerized systems. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Sales experience is preferred Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer support. Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
