Job Summary Smitty's Carwash is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure the highest quality of car wash , and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all customers. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in vehicle cleaning, and customer interaction within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their car wash needs Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including janitorial duties to ensure a tidy environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with vehicle movement within the facility for washing and cleaning processes Uphold safety standards during all operations and handle equipment responsibly Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience with car wash procedures Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred Ability to operate cleaning and vehicle maintenance equipment safely Valid driver's license for moving vehicles as needed Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols
