Hostess Needed for Saturdays Only

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Hostess to join our team for Saturday shifts only! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel greeted, comfortable, and well-informed. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents while supporting the smooth operation of our establishment on weekends. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and serve them a welcome glass of Persecco Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are tidy and accessible Assist with reservations, waitlist management, and guest inquiries to enhance customer experience Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Handle guest concerns or questions promptly, providing excellent customer support Qualifications Previous experience as a hostess at a winery is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse guest needs Excellent customer etiquette to help with difficult customers Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and attention to detail Join us for Saturday's at The Edge and become a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences! This is a paid opportunity designed to fit your weekend schedule while offering valuable professional growth. This job is a great part time job with paid meals and a free shift glass of wine (must be 21 and over). We presently have a hostess, but she is only working 2 weeknds a month so this will be a fill in for her shifts. This job has the ability to move up to a Steward position in the future so if you have experience in a winery as a steward, this is a plus.
