We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team.
The Role:
The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for managing relationships between customers and sales representatives across both catalog and Ecom operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a collaborative approach within a team environment.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customers and sales. Utilize and maintain working knowledge of software platforms including Blue Cherry. Accurately enter, release, edit, review, and track orders using various systems and reports. Create and update design requests to fulfill customer order requirements. Manage credits and returns in accordance with the company's policy Maintain accurate and up to date customer data within the ERP system. Qualify new accounts in compliance with company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of customer service experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams and Blue Cherry.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret complex procedures and regulations while identifying risks and solutions.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of leadership and external partners.
Collaboration:
Ability to work cross-functionally and problem-solve with internal teams and external customers.
Time Management:
