Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling and adherence to company policies. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized store layout. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and special offers to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills. Experience with merchandising techniques and stocking procedures is a plus.
