Job Description

Bring clarity to the moments that matter. At LifeBranch, exceptional client service is not a support function. It is part of the advice experience. We believe clients experience the value of financial advice not only through recommendations, but through how consistently their team communicates, follows through, and delivers on commitments.
THE OPPORTUNITY
LifeBranch Wealth Partners, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Client Service Associate who is organized, thoughtful, proactive, and energized by helping people. You will help connect the moving pieces behind each client relationship so advisors are prepared, follow-through is dependable, and clients feel cared for throughout the process. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will serve as an operational partner to advisors, helping manage workflows, coordinate client service activities, drive execution, and create capacity that allows advisors to focus on delivering exceptional advice. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative wealth management team, learn the business from the inside, and build a long-term career in financial services. Your work will have a visible impact on both the client experience and the team's success.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Prepare meeting materials, organize documentation, and help advisors enter client conversations fully prepared. Coordinate follow-up activities after meetings and ensure commitments move from discussion to completion. Maintain accurate client records, notes, CRM workflows, and service documentation. Gather information and organize planning-related materials to support financial planning conversations. Communicate warmly and professionally with clients regarding service requests, paperwork, account activities, and next steps. Serve as a central point of coordination between advisors, clients, custodians, and internal team members. Track outstanding items, proactively identify bottlenecks, and help keep client work moving forward. Help manage operational workflows across the team to improve consistency, accountability, and efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and enhance the client experience. Support special projects, team initiatives, and business improvement efforts as the firm continues to grow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Clients receive timely, accurate, and caring communication. Advisors enter meetings organized, prepared, and confident in next steps. Client recommendations move efficiently from planning to implementation. Notes, tasks, workflows, and records are complete and accurate. Follow-through is dependable, even when priorities shift. Team processes become more efficient and scalable over time. Outstanding action items are tracked and rarely fall through the cracks. Teammates view you as proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented. You create meaningful capacity for advisors by owning operational details and driving execution.
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
Enjoy creating order, building processes, and helping others succeed. Naturally take ownership rather than waiting to be directed. Like solving problems and finding ways to improve how work gets done. Can prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Follow through consistently and take pride in finishing what you start. Communicate confidently and professionally by phone, email, and in person. Enjoy coordinating people, projects, and details. Thrive in an environment where teamwork, initiative, and accountability matter. Are curious, coachable, and interested in long-term growth within financial services. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems with confidence.
EXPERIENCE THAT CAN TRANSLATE WELL
Experience in wealth management is helpful, but it is not the only path to success. We welcome applicants with strong client service, operational, or project coordination experience from financial services, banking, insurance, real estate, legal, accounting, healthcare, or other professional services environments. Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered. Experience working with CRM systems preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus. Prior financial services experience is beneficial but not required for a strong candidate with transferable skills. Experience coordinating projects, managing workflows, or improving operational processes is highly valued.
OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional administrative support. Over time, successful team members may expand their responsibilities in areas such as: Workflow and project coordination Client relationship support Financial planning preparation Operational leadership Process improvement initiatives Licensing and industry education Team training and operational expertise As LifeBranch continues to grow, we are committed to creating opportunities for team members who demonstrate ownership, initiative, accountability, and a desire to make a broader impact.
