We are hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support fast-paced freight and delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask,municate professionally, and stayanized while handling customer support in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and emails Resolveplaints and delivery-related issues Track and monitor delivery routes Process order changes or cancellations Verify delivery documentation and scans Support multiple tasks and customer requests throughout the day

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience Experience resolving customer issues professionally Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strongmunication and multitasking skills High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual English/Spanish required

Pay Details:
