Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries and purchases. Provide information about store products and promotions.
Cash Handling:
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions using a cash register. Ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and correctly.
Merchandising:
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise in accordance with store policies and procedures. Ensure products are organized and labeled correctly.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment. Ensure aisles and checkout areas are free of clutter and potential hazards.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals. Assist in training new staff and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Loss Prevention:
- Be vigilant in preventing theft and ensuring the security of the store. Report any suspicious activities to management.
