Job Description

A logistics company in Haltom City needs a warehouse customer service representative!
Pay:
$19/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Weekends as needed.
Duties:
Process customer orders, shipments, and returns accurately and promptly Track and trace shipments; proactively communicate status updates, delays, or issues to customers Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve service or delivery issues Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and request with professionalism and urgency Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Apply today for consideration!
