Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary Ready mix concrete dispatchers are responsible for maintaining and monitoring service levels to customers in a live setting with a perishable product, while following company procedures and TXDOT law to accomplish a coordinated daily plan. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain customer relations by speaking in a professional, courteous manner at all times Answer phone calls, ask pertinent questions regarding product, delivery, process, policies, and entering concrete orders Manage Integra dispatch Board in a live setting - makes decisions based on facts and variables Contacting customers on a regular basis with on time deliveries, running late on orders, ordering a tag or closing orders Track drivers using GPS software Develop a positive report with Drivers, Batch plant operators, Plant managers, Qc, Sales and Customers to communicate all pertinent dispatch activities and to the appropriate individual Track orders while monitoring demand, fleet utilization, and yardage capacity while prioritizing work Ability to perform other tasks and duties as directed and assigned by management Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual candidate preferred
• Highly detail orientated and organized in work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external vendors to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
