Service Advisor

We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Mazda dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, providing a premium ownership experience, and working in a team-driven environment. Our ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to communicate effectively while helping customers understand and maintain their vehicles.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle Offer solutions and added services to guests Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score Process monetary transactions

What You'll Need:

Previous automotive service advisor experience required Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old.
