We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and genuinely kind Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to become the heart of our front office. Someone who is confident handling multi-line phones, appointment scheduling, client communication, medical records, and front desk operations in a busy veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client service and client communication at the front desk Manage appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and medical records Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries professionally Maintain an organized and efficient front office / reception area Support the veterinary team with patient flow and administrative tasks Build strong relationships with clients and create a welcoming environmentRequirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist, veterinary CSR, or in a veterinary clinic/animal hospital setting Knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccine schedules, and preventive care Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset Ability to stay calm, compassionate, and professional in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Flexibility to work rotating opening/closing shifts and some Saturdays Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required): Experience with EzyVet veterinary software Bilingual in Spanish Cross-training as a veterinary assistant or technician If you're ready to join a team that truly supports each other, values meaningful connections, and takes pride in going the extra mile for every client and patient, we'd love to meet you!Pay:
